    I live in soldotna
    I make it over to kenai once a month to buy groceries at IGA
    I live on 33810 Sequra Ln in soldotna It is behind the Fred Myers store. off of E. Redoubt and keystone
    dont get out much as my legs are really bad and can hardly walk any more . but it hasnt stoped me much. I guess I am like the energizer bunny or a timex watch. keep on going.

    dont know where that therapy place is at.I always went to the hospital in soldotna for therapy.

    I just wanted to drop by and tell you how lovely your wedding photos are. Congratulations on your twins !

    I left some links to some chair exercise DVDs you might try in the question you posted in the exercise forum. If you have problems walking, there are exercises you can do while sitting if standing for too long causes you discomfort.

    Also, if you can only walk for 5-10 minutes at a time. that's okay. Walking for 10 minutes three times a day still adds up to a 30 minute walk. You can break up your workouts into shorter segments and still get benefits.

    Good luck !! Remember, take this one step at a time. Slow and easy really does win this race.
