I am 36 years old, married to a very physically fit firefighter/paramedic, and have two sons - one who is 7 1/2 and just started 2nd grade, and a 2 year old.

I am ready to just GET THIS DONE and feel healthy and cute and beautiful again! I am done wasting time feeling like I want to hide.

I had been following Weight Watchers off and on and have lost and gained over the years. When I was pregnant with my son in 2005, I gained 60 lbs. and have not lost all that weight, though I have been up and down, and I gained 50 during my second pregnancy. I really just need to lose about 55 lbs. to really feel better and change to a healthier lifestyle. The weight loss and exercise should help me with managing my migraines too. I am tired of feeling fat, unhealthy and un-energized, not wanting to be seen in public or seen by my friends, not wanting to go clothes shopping and not feeling good about myself.

I'm here at to try something different and I'm very motivated to make some life-long changes, starting TODAY!

I'd love to have more energy and maintain a healthy BMI.

Long term, I would like to maintain between 150-155lbs. and feel good about my health again.

    Hey girl, how are you? Sorry it took so long to reply. I just returned to work today after having Noah. I don't want to be here at all.... its been a very diffucult day so I decided I'd decompress a bit and catch up on my sparking. I have been at this all day and have not even gotten through the 300+ emails in my inbox.

    So being a mommy is great.... its harder than I imagined it would be but its so worth is and rewarding. Noah is a 14 weeks yesterday so he's really a great ball of fun right now. He's is always smiling and laughing. In fact he just started laughing out loud and its the cutest thing ever. My dad is going to watch him. He was born on 6/3 and was 8lbs 14oz and 21.5" long.

    I was very lucky that although I gained 43 lbs while pregnant, most of it was baby or water because I was actually a couple pounds lower than my pre-preg weight after just 2 weeks. I was hoping this breastfeeding thing would help me to lose more weight but it doesn't seem to be. Actually it just makes me really hungry :-) I feel like I eat all the time and a lot more than I should be but I'm not gaining so I must be doing something right. I plan to try to get back onto a "diet" soon now that I'm back to work. I had a hard time even finding the time to cook a meal let alone plan and make healthy meals and then track the calories.

    So whats new with you? Oh, I posted a couple pictures on my sparkpage if you want to see Noah. I plan to do a blog soon but I have a hard time uploading photos from work.

    Good morning! Stomach wasn't the best over night so I slept like crap but oh well. Did go for a nice walk so that was good. Going for another walk tonight with Chris. Did you get a PSL?? emoticon
