Introduction Text Hello Everyone!! A little about me.. I'm a mother to 3 amazing children.. I work full time.. Seems like I'm always on the Go!! I've introduced Thrive into my life, and it has helped me, get me back and feel amazing!! I love connecting with people, and learning new things.. "Knowledge is Power"

Like the way I Look & Feel good about myself. Be a role-model for my kids. Get motivated.. Stay Positive! I'd like to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I will be a Diamond with ItWorks! By my one year! My main Weight loss goal is: 130

Change the way I eat. Limit my sweet intake to once a week. Eat breakfast everyday. Adding more fruit and vegetables. Exercising at least 30 min a day. 5-6 times a week. Strength Train 3 times a week! Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.

I'm Amy. . I live in Idaho. I have a son and daughter. I like to hang out with family and friends. I'm focusing on getting myself and my family healthy!
