My Goals:
I'd like to build up my muscles, to be stronger and toned.
A better diet's my second goal.





My Program:
 Treadmill, recumbant bike and hand weights are the main tools. I'm using some sitting and standing exercises, too.

I love the nutrition tracker. Without it I'd never know I'm not getting enough selenium. Fortunately, peanut butter cookies have selenium !

    Congratulations on 90 days without sodas. That is an astounding feat. Thank you for adding me as a friend. I am honored. I also appreciate your sweet comments about my kitties. They are part of the family. Flash always wants to be in the middle of whatever I am doing. We bottle fed Annie Rose from the time she was born as the mother cat abandoned her in our garage. It is nice to have a cat loving friend.

    Hi Barb, thanks for visiting my page and adding me as a friend. I did have a rabbit as a pet once but he looked just like Eeyore. The rabbit in the fridge was sent to me in a joke and I loved it. The wabbit is tiwed and he heawd the fwidge is a Westinghouse!
