My Goals:
I'd like to build up my muscles, to be stronger and toned.
A better diet's my second goal.





My Program:
 Treadmill, recumbant bike and hand weights are the main tools. I'm using some sitting and standing exercises, too.

I love the nutrition tracker. Without it I'd never know I'm not getting enough selenium. Fortunately, peanut butter cookies have selenium !

    I'm sorry to hear you were so sick. I hope you're on the mend. Our minds are so complex. I'm still struggling to get back on the ball. I know what I need to do, but I don't have the motivation I need.
