For as long as I can remember, I've struggled with my weight and didn't know why. Regular medical appointments finally pinpointed the multiple reasons. Unfortunately, by this time, I was so uncomfortable in my own skin but wasn't ready for change and used my weight as an excuse to not let people get close.

I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding in September 2016. Eating properly and exercising each day, I was able to drop 19lbs and almost 15 inches. It felt amazing but wasn't where I wanted to be at :-/

After the wedding, I took "2 days off" to do whatever I wanted. That turned into months and months. Over the last year, I've struggled with my nutrition and exercising regularly.

Didn't get my student loans paid off as quickly as I had hoped, so I have to push Ireland to Spring or Fall 2020. I'm hoping to tag along with a family friend who is from there, just so I have someone I can reach out to while I'm there if I need it.

Thanks to everyone who stops by and/or leaves a note of encouragement. I may not always respond, but I do read each one :-)

My Program:
1. Walking my fur baby at least once a day - twice if I can get it in.
2. Kickboxing class weekly (Thursdays), taught by a friend. Starting 14th June 2018
3. Gym classes.
4. Spartan Trifecta Training (June 15th, July 28th, September 1st - 2019)
