Fitness Minutes: 7,205

My Goals:
I want to feel pulled together and stronger. I want to wear my smaller sizes again.

My Program:
 I'm starting the "streak" idea with 16 minutes on my stationary bike every day. I am doing some yoga stretches and weights too.


Personal Information:
I work from home now and have to find ways to build in more activity since I retired from teaching kindergarten. I have some arthritis now, and I am too sore and stiff for my age I think.

Other Information:
 I love to travel, so I need to be strong! I love the Broncos!!!

    Thank you for the comments on my blog about meeting Alta. I have really been questioning myself - my lack of progress, my resistance to commitment, my "who cares" attitude about my goals - so meeting her at this precise time was so important to me. She's like my "goal angel" and I picture her reaching for that stop sign when I'm thinking about quitting and it pushes me to go on for just a little farther. I truly believe these "angels" are sent to us for a purpose!

    So nice that you wrote today!! I was happy with the Broncos! Their opening game against Oakland is on my birthday!! So, I hope they honor me with a victory!

    How are you doing? I have been exercising religiously, but not watching my eating and drinking enough. Woke up this morning thinking that I have to watch that better so I could loose some pounds. It sure feels good to be working out...

    Hello,

    I am having a good day despite having to pay bills! I hope you are, too! I get ma at the Bronco's but I still watch them. A friend and I have discussions by phone during the games. She lives in Colorado Springs. We have agood time. Yes, at least it is only preseason and I think played pretty well but they should have won! Who do you like for quarterback?
