A Better Me


I am not a lazy person at all, but have to be made to exercise. Tried running but it wasn''t for my body and I get bored easy, so I do a little of everything. Love my couch and coffee time, but also love my outdoor time. I have 2 dogs that love walks and I love riding bikes. I have always been skinny but by 38 it all started catching up with me. Next thing I knew I was right at the overweight mark. I lost over 15 lbs with sparkpeople but quit too soon. So I am back now to continue this ...
