A new year... a new plan - ever the optimist! The way I look at it every time I make a healthy/healthier choice is all to the good. Those baby steps add up.
A new year... a new plan - ever the optimist! The way I look at it every time I make a healthy/healthier choice is all to the good. Those baby steps add up.

My Goals:
to be happy, healthy, and strong; emotionally, spiritually as well as physically.

My Program:
 drink water and then drink some more
exercise for 30 min/ 5 days/week
journal/track
stay w/in range
more fruits and veggies
less sugar & processed
