Sparks and friends on sparks have really been helping me with my motivation to keep going. I truly thank you for that.
I am only 4'9", so if I gain anything it really shows.
I drink 8 glasses of water or more every day. I do weights twice a week and walk or do cardio everday.
I now journal everything I eat which is also helping. I am on a roll on losing weight, half way there already.
A big Thank-You to Sparks. What a difference you;re making to my life. The people are fantastic at giving advise too. I intend on keeping motivated and sticking to this program I am on.
As my father use to say: (Its all in your head, if you think you can do it, then you will, If you dont then you wont) Thank-You dad.

My Goals:
My first goal is to stay positive and I would absolutely love
to lose weight and feel better,sleep better, and have more energy.
Staying motivated and just keep moving every chance that I have.

My Program:
I am journaling everything that gets put in my mouth. Im in a group called TOPS(Take Off Pounds Sensibly).
I am also doing Weight Loss Challenges.
I am exercising everyday,and this is helping me to lose the weight, stay motivated, & finding that my energy is going through the roof..

    I saw your question under the Nutrition Tracker video.

    To enter a new food, look right under the Search Button and click where it says "enter a food not listed" and just copy everything from the label.

    Remember to click Save or it won't save it. Then, when you enter it into your tracker, click on the "add to favorites" so you won't have to re-enter it every time you eat the food.
