All I want to do is tone up loose a few inches around my hips. 4 to be exact. I'll be good for a couple weeks then I loose the motivation to go to the gym and work out. I want to have an awesome bikini butt by Easter!! Which means keeping my bubble butt, just loosing a few more inches around it, and getting rid of the hail damage, which is almost gone!!!

What my sample day looks like

5:40am - get up
6:00 - 6:30am - gym - Cardio
8:00 - 4:30 pm - work
5:00 - 6:00 pm - walk dogs/ run errands
6:00 - 8:30 pm - homework/ studying
8:30- 10:00 pm - gym - Finish cardio/ weights
10:00-10:30 - unwind - clean house get ready for tomorrow.

I cook all my meals on Sunday and Wednesday, everything gets divided and measured into tupperware. In the morning I just have to grab the right containers and go. My fridge is very organized on the bottom shelf is all my tupperwares, each meal in a row to the back, 6 meals beside each other.

Loose 3 inches around my hips
Loose 15 pounds
Tone the arms and shoulders

So I've lost those 7lbs, set a new goal of 5lbs.
I've lost 2 inches off my hips, 2 more to go.

Lost those 5 additional pounds, set a new goal of 5 more. Only 3/4 of an inch to go off my hips then start the maintaining process!!!

Starting again. Would like to loose 3" from my hips and 4 from my sstomach. I have a tummy for the first time ever & don't like it!!!!

My Program:
Cardio 6/7 days a week approximately 45 minutes a day
Weights 5 days a week
Eat 6 small healthy meals a day with one cheat meal a week (usually a cheeseburger, not the best cheat, okay probably on of the worst but I love my cheese burgers)

    Good morning! Hope you are having a good week!

    I broke 200 last week! I'm so stoked! I have one more pound until I hit my 3rd goal. The more I lose, the more motivated I become. It's a good cycle. And honestly, I wish I would have done this 5 years ago.

    I started weight training this week with my husband. I thought it would be boring, but it was actually kind of fun. Up until now I have been doing mostly cario and crunches. But I think it's time to step it up and add some weight training. I don't want to just lose fat, I want to change the shape of my body and be toned also.

    Wow, 133.8, I bet that feels so good! AND-less than 1 inch to your are so damn close! Way to go!

    I'm doing pretty good. I had a tough week a couple of weeks ago, but I'm back on track and I'm so close to being under 200. I haven't been super motivated to hit the gym much either, but I have been at least power walking 2 miles every day on my lunch, so that's better than nothing.

    I don't think I was under 200 for about 8 years now. I'm pretty sure I'll be under 200 by the end of this week. I have been able to start wearing my older clothes I have held onto all these years. AND-those size 18 jeans I just bought....almost falling off me now. I plan on buying a smaller pair when I get paid tomorrow.
