One of the best things you can to to kick up that weight loss again for this last month before your wedding is increase the intensity of your strength training. Don't be afraid to go REALLY heavy! I am a personal trainer and trust me, you WILL NOT bulk up! Shoot for 3 sets of 15 reps and aim to barely finish each set. If you get to 15 for one set, increase your weight for the next and so on. If you can't finish a set, thats ok. Also, focus on your major muscle groups - glutes, legs, back (esp. with that dress!), chest and shoulders.
