I'm not at the end but I've already won
Well, I'm back at it again. I successfully lost about 70 pounds, thanks to a combination of this site, diet, and exercise. That was about 6 years ago. Fast forward to 2 months ago, and I found my self one pound shy of my original starting weight. Talk about feeling like garbage, huh? I'm back on my weight loss kick, with a vengeance! The weight is coming off and I am thrilled! FINALLY! There's more information as to why this is so significant in a new blog. Feel free to read it, if you'd like. ...

I want to get fit and in shape for my friend's wedding in July 2013 which I will be a bridesmaid in. =]
I want to be able to work out 5 days a week, 3 days cardio and 2 days strength training. DONE! Started 5/17/10
When I hit 30 pounds lost and was under 200 I treated myself to a car alarm with auto start. A much needed feature for the winter months =]
My Program:
Exercise 6X a week.
M/W/F - Strength Training
T/TH/Sun - Cardio
