I am so happy to have found sparkpeople.com! Without it I would still be exercising and wondering why I am not losing weight. Because that is what I used to do. I worked out 3-4 days and week but would eat whatever. The way I saw it, since I worked so hard I wouldn't have to sacrifice my eating habits. I figured out the hard way that that didn't work. I have learned how to curb my eating to keep my cals low and know what nutrients I need to keep my body healthy. But I am a work in ...
