O M G it has been THREE YEARS since I have been on here. So much has happened and unfortunately I have let my fitness routine fall by the wayside and with some very recent weight gain. I need to get active. Biggest change is I moved to a sedentary job environment and combining that with increasing skipped workouts has gotten the results you would expect.

Well my journey brings me here and I am encouraged by my past successes and all the success I witness from spark members. I am taking baby steps and with your support and God’s help will be back on track.

Watching the Olympic Atheletes really makes me feel LAZY!

My Goals:
To reach and maintain my goal weight for life.



My Program:
I am not saying this is ideal but this is what I am doing now. It is an improvement from where I started.

Monitoring my calories and eating more nutritious foods, walking, stretching and some light strength training.

After a couple weeks I am going to follow a more structured program.

Monitor calories.



Personal Information:
My weight climbed AGAIN after abandoning spark and letting life get in the way again. I truly need to make a lifestyle change that is PERMANENT.

I am back again and plan to tackle this once and for all. I was happy with myt weight 3 years ago and know I can achieve that or even better.

Given my current age I can't afford to keep yo-yo'ing up and down the scale and truly need to solve what is keeping me from maintaining a healthy weight.


Other Information:
Glad to be back. Let's motivate each other to our goals and have some fun along the way.

    Thanks for the comment you left on my page. I didn't want to add the front view of my stomach. It just didn't sit well with me; I wasn't comfortable with that shot. Maybe I should take the whole body instead of just the stomach and that might be "better looking" than just the stomach. I was nervous about showing it but I figured what the heck. I only wish I had taken more side shots so I could do before and afters of that too. I am gonna start doing that though. Good luck in your weightloss journey.

    I have been here starting at the end of February.....I have lost almost 20 pounds.
