I'm 51 and have gained about 15# back of the weight I lost 4 years ago. A divorce and knee injury have been my excuses. I'll exercise and eat right for a few days then fall apart again. Plus, I know I'm derailing myself by not getting enough sleep. Tired of making the excuses and ready to take control. Any tips, encouragement, and motivation would be appreciated.
