And so begins the journey...


I am 44 & have a 17 YO son. I want to be healthier and set better examples for him. And eliminate the image he has had thus far of yo-yo weight struggles. I''m tired of losing weight and regaining. I''m ready to focus on getting healthy and resolve some issues that prevent that.
I am 44 & have a 17 YO son. I want to be healthier and set better examples for him. And eliminate the image he has had thus far of yo-yo weight struggles. I''m tired of losing weight and regaining. I''m ready to focus on getting healthy and resolve some issues that prevent that.

My Goals:
To improve my thinking and health outlook. I have completed 5 half marathons to date, 2 10K's, and multiple 5K races. I would like to run/walk my next half or even RUN it.

My Program:
 I am learning to focus on consistency in my workouts. I am working on my vision collage and getting 10 mins in a day. Striving to get back to the gym consistently as well.


Personal Information:
I live in the Middle TN area (Rutherford CO) and have lived in TN for 20 yrs now. I was born and raised in WV and came to TN on vacation.

Other Information:
 My favorite books currently is the Harry Potter series.
