My Goals:
~To feel better, look better and see happier numbers on the scale.
~ Go to bed at normal hours. Get more sleep!
~ Take one day at a time
~ Begin learning how to cook "real" food and not just rely on frozen or pre-packaged "diet food"
~ remember that feeling good in my own skin is more important to me than the immediate satisfaction brought on by the latest fridge-raid.
~ make new friends and not just keep to myself.
My Program:
Less calories in, more calories out, better choices, move more.
Learn to love me-- fat, thin, or in between.
