    emoticon on running 20 minutes straight! I start week 5 tomorrow and am very nervous about that long run on day 3.

    I read your post and I too have thunder thighs. I don't know about shorts, but I run in capris or long pants and don't have a problem with it. One of my mental goals is actually to have thighs that don't touch - something I've never had! I like guys athletic shorts though (like basketball shorts) and don't have problems with them.
