Hey there! I've made a small goal and ran a mile in 15min with still lots of strength to continue...I was amazed how far I've come since Aug. 19 with my journey here with Sparks People.

I've become a Grandma for the first time on 11/15 which is a blessing for me this year. I can't wait to see what's in store for me this coming year.

My Program:
1. Hour for Strength Training 5 days a week

2. Hour of Cardio: bike, run, swim

3. Three days a week take a Class offered at the YMCA

Eat Breakfast Every Morning, whether a piece of fruit or peanut butter toast before working out

Eat a great Lunch with lots of protein and vegs, and carb intake

Leanest Dinner: Chicken or fish with large salad
(occational carb if really hungry)

Snacks: air popped pop corn or Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Drink No Soda/ While accomplishing 8+ glasses of water a day

Try to only take carbs in before 2pm.










Personal Information:
Track, Track, Track via computer and phone.

Loose 40 lbs before Dec 15 on my vacation. (Goal accomplished 43 lbs lost as of 12/11)

Make time to fit exercise in as if I would with anything else. My health is my future! No EXCUSES!


Other Information:
Next Goal loose 33lbs in 10 weeks in the BL Winter Challenge!! LEMON POWER!!

12/Getting to my halfway mark of weight loss 25lbs to go....

Be @ 180 by My Birthday, May 13.
