Introduction Text Hello there friend and thanks for taking a look at my page. I appreciate your interest. I am very friendly so if you would like to be a friend I would like that also. We are all on this journey through life together. Not just in fitness and weight loss but in life in general. I believe our friends can truly be the best family we could ever have because they are the family we have chosen for ourselves. We all have something in common here , we want to make ourselves healthier, more fit, more attractive, slimmer. It is difficult sometimes with all the easy choices out there that are unhealthy and less expensive when it comes to food. But, we were not promised a rose garden were we? I know this can be a positive change in my life that will bring about many more good things.

Walk more than 2 miles during excerise' Play games like volley ball and frizbee easily. Tie my shoes with out effort. Feel more comfortable in my clothing. Awake in the morning feeling refreshed.

Staying accountable to my food and water tracker. Exercising more. Eating fresh vegies and fruits.

I am living in Ormond Beach Florida. I am originaly from Cincinnati, Ohio.
