Fitness Minutes: 6,578

My Goals:
-To be a healthy wife and mommy.
-To lose 40+ pounds by March 2012
-To "run" my next 5k in under 35 min (my average for 2010 was 42 min).

My Program:
 -Using SP to count nutrition and fitness.
-Learning to love Leslie Sansone walking videos during these snowy winter months.

    Christmas isn't showy gifts
