Introduction Text I was 48 when i first joined. I came and left and came back several times. Today is my 3rd day back this time. i hope to stay this time.. I have had a lot happen and now i need to take care of myself, I need to lose weight I am now 59 and it is harder to lose now but for my health and yes i still worry about my looks too so now i need this. i need to think positive and get healthy

I'm going to lose weight and get healthy

I'm counting my calories, I will try to stay around 1200 calories, I don't walk in the winter except shopping. I plan to walk as soon as the weather is better.

I was 48 when I joined SPARKPEOPLE. I have came and left several times. i am now 59. I babyset two of my grand children 3 days a week. they are 4 a boy and 5 a girl. I also have a grand daughter 14 and grand son 22 they belong to our daughter. our son OD 12-29-17 he didn't have any children i love and miss him so much. some say i should be relieved because he caused a lot of problems but he was ourt son we love him and always will. he died in our basement, i will never get over his death, but thank GOD I am doing better. i am glad to be back on sparkpeople.

I like making new friend's especially if they need to lose weight too.
