    Thank you for the encouragement on my blog. I really don't know why I start getting off track and everything starts to fall apart either LOL. Im wondering if it has something to do with boredom. I am such a creature of habit I tend to do the same things over an over. Especially with food and exercise. I'm guessing Im not good at recognizing when Im getting over something and moving on from it for awhile. Laziness might play into it. I don't want to learn to do something new, or I just don't feel like finding new things.. Whatever it is, I need to knock it off LOL... emoticon emoticon
