Hello, I'm a coffee and a carb addict. Not to mention a work-a-holic. When I met my husband I weighed 150 lbs., but in gearing-up for our wedding I dropped down to 130 lbs. I'm very proud that I not only dropped the weight, but am living healthier. My goal in joining SparkPeople is not only tomaintain a healthy lifestyle, but because I need some encouragement to get my butt in the gym!
