Introduction Text I am 46 years old, and weigh 286lbs. I wasn't always this big, but a few set backs helped to get me here.The first was a bad car accident, that caused me to live in pain everyday from a back and neck injury. The next was falling in love with my fiance to the point that I'd lost myself. We are still together but I miss me.(hope this makes sense) I am ready now to start a major overhaul. This will mean a psycological,mental,spiritual and physical overhaul. I hope that my fiance will be by my side all the way, and come out holding my hand on the other side of my success, but if not, it wasn't meant to be.As long as I find the person that I used to be ....mission accompliced!!!!!I will hold my head high and be proud of my success. I will find my self-confidence that I used to have and wave it like a flag. I will walk with a sexy confidence,and not let anyone tell me that I need to change.My selfesteem will emerge from this fat and roar.I will be my own person, even if I am alone.I hope that there are people out there that can relate to what I'm saying, and we can inspire each other. If so please join me in my quest to bring sexy back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first short term goal will be to weigh 270 by May 1,'07.
