Introduction Text I'm so Done being tried! Done being lazy! Done having my back ache! Done hurting myself! I'm Done Being the Fat Girl! :) Hi All, I live in California, with my husband and two kids. I'm ready to give up the lifestyle I'm used to, and ready to work hard to get to the new healthy lifestyle I should be living. Go SparkPeople!!

#1-Eat healthy. #2-Exercise regular. #3-lose 130lbs. #4-Most important remind myself everyday that I love myself enough to make this change for the better!! #5-Try to be positive about any situation.

Eat every 2-3 hours. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day (cardio/ weight lifting/ yoga). Drink lots of water.
