My Goals:
Lose 50 lbs by Jan, 1, 2010.

I am starting off with losing 10 lbs a month.

My Program:
 I am tracking my calories, cholesterol, fat, protein.


Personal Information:
I am originally from Indiana. I lived in Lodi, CA. for 12 years. I now live in Kansas for the past 4 years. I have 3 daughters and I am about to be a first time Grandma in October.

Other Information:
 I have been a vegetarian 17 months now.
