Introduction Text I am preparing to become fit, fine, and fabulous for life!

I would like to be healthy and fit for the future. My goal is to lose at least 30 pounds, maybe more.

1. I will exercise daily by doing strength training with 3-5-8 pound weights. 2. I will jump rope and do jumping jacks for at least 3x a week. 3.I will stretch for at least 15 minutes. 4. I will walk for at least 30 or more minutes for at 4x week. 5. I will eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables every day, 6. I will eat lean meats, fish, and poultry. 7. I will drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. 8. I will strive to get more rest and sleep each day.



I love to read novels, write, listen to music, watch old movies, and travel.
