    Hi At first I was losing an average of only 1/2 lb a week,,, than I FINALLY Dropped the junk food down to 150 OR LESS (I Shoot for 90 or less on most days) and now I am at 206 lbs , and losing an average of 2 1/2 lbs a week ! WOW NOT BAD For this weight. Simply by cutting down.

    When this levels out,, I'll ride with it for a bit,,,,, and than I'll start to switch out some things,, meals,, for some veggies added in,, right now I mostly do fruits. I figured If I make ALL the changes at once,, and get STUCK on a plateau,,, UGHERS I needed something that'd KICK ME UP ! WOOHOOO !

    wow you are on quite the diet,,, I wanna CONGRATTERS ya on doing this for the past 12 Weeks AMAZING !! Do you wish to say how much you've lost in the 12 weeks

    With my feet,, yeah you can say It MADE me practice patience,,,, I was never one to have much, but now that I am older,,, its easier. Guess one slows down and picks what will be a battle,, what wont,,, more are not worth the battle,,, and have peace.
