    Thanks for suggesting our hike yesterday emoticon I was definitely intimidated thinking about it.....but, I made it emoticon Thank you for helping me get up there!

    Rather than driving 10+ miles to the wildlife sanctuary, it was nice to stay in our city & hike.
    Knock wood, I am so very happy that your L5-S1 seems to be okay and I am truly grateful. emoticon I know that you feel immensely blessed to walk without pain! Our prayers are helping!

    It was a bonus being able to take photos of two birds when we were almost finished with the hike.
    One ?? could be a Robin, the other a Downy woodpecker or Hairy woodpecker? I'll have to post the photos in a blog or in my bird SP group.
