    I'm amazed at how little food you can survive on in a day, but, as you say, it works for you and if it works well for you then it's best to stick with what works.

    Here is my typical day food wise (so you can see why I'm amazed at how little you eat : ) I can't do hunger, but then again, some days I work out for 4 hours!)

    Typical food day for me:
    1/2 cucumber on my way to workout class

    protein mix following workout: 1 scoop whey protein, 1/4 c. frozen (thawed) blueberries & 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt & 1/4 c. Go Lean Crunch (sometimes I put it in a container & bring along)

    breakfast: 3/4 c. egg beaters (high in protein/ low in fat) cooked w/ 1/2 c. spinach , 2 mushrooms, onions, red peppers, 1/4 c. motz. cheese & 1 slice dry WW toast

    lunch: salad - lots of veggies - FF dressing

    almonds between workouts

    protein/blueberry mix after workout (can be protein/ peanut butter - 2 TBS mix)

    dinner: 7-8 oz chic or fish w/huge salad - 3 cups of lettuce/tom/cuc/carrot slices/ red peppers/ croutons/ walnuts/ raisins/FF dressing

    Usually have 1 cup of tea w/1 tbs. of cream.

    Lots of H2O.
