    Thank you for commenting on my blog. For this month I have cut out wheat, grains and dairy and I fill up on lean protein, nuts (in moderation) and lots of veggies. I am enjoying my lentil soup - very filling. Lots of tea and water helps to keep me full as well.
    The key is your mind - if your mindset is right it is so much easier to stick to your plan. If it's not (and that's me most of the time) it's too easy to make excuses and extra snacks or not so good foods sneak in. A little here a little there and those pounds are back on. Been there done that... You have to want it badly enough to make it happen.
