Hi...I'm 49 and trying to lose approximately 20 lbs. I have been reading some of the postings here and finally feel motivated to blog and start exercising.

I would like to lose 25 lbs and exercise at least three times a week.

My Program:
 I am trying to stay within 1200 calories/day and exercise at least three times a week.

I have been married for almost 29 years and have three kids.

 I love summer, the beach, a good book, and a nice walk around the city.
