Time for a change


I am a stay at home Mom. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I think I finally hit a brick wall when I weighed what I did when I gave birth to my oldest. Just walking short distances made me out of breath. I hated the way my body felt when I moved. I now love finding new exercises to do. I have more energy than I ever thought possible. It's fair to say that my life has improved greatly since finding this site. I still have a lot of changes to make, but it keeps getting better every ...
