I joined SP in Feb 2006 and then "life" happened & I stopped coming here. I was 242 (aprox) when I joined in 2006.

My highest weight was 267.5 I am 5'2". My goal weight is 150. At goal a total of 117.5 lbs will be gone!

I am 50 yrs old now & remain married ;)

Last summer (2011) I was down to 208 and then I went off plan & regained most of it back. Going up to 259.0 again. Today I am at 247.9 (8/25/2012)

I am using the insulin resistance plan. I used it before and loved it. It fit right into my life style. It is high protein (lean), no white rice, bread, pasta etc and low fat. Lots of vegs and some fruit. If you want to know more about this plan feel free to contact me.

I have a serious back injury & last spring had both of my knees replaced, so getting back into exercise is going to be a challenge.

*EDITED/UPDATED On 11/12/12* I have been going through a really rough patch with some personal issues and am sad to admit I have ate my way through them. Putting me at a all time new high weight as of10/31/12 at 276 lbs. I weighed in today 11/12/12 at 270.7 The "rough patch" is not over & I am so scared I will start to eat bad again & regain these 5.3 I've lost.....sigh This weight issue is going to be with me forever :(

swimming ( injured back and can't do many exercises )

from the state of Pennsylvania - I own a small commercial cleaning business - am married. I have 1 child who has 5 children & she married a man with 3 children :)
