My Goals:
Lose 70 pounds
Decrease cholestoral to a healthy level with diet
reduce high blood pressure with diet/exercise.


My Program:
spark people
doing the best I can by setting small goals to prevent burn out



Personal Information:
I'm making some profound shifts in my life right now that are creating one opportunity after another I feel rich. No in the money since, but a full of life richness. What is odd is that I can feel that and feel depression simulateously or intermittenly. But perhaps, with practice that will get better and better. I am a walkling experiment on myself right now, trying everything, supplements, accupuncture, traditional meds, meditation, exercise, the journey process, and teachings from varios things like the secret or fearess living.


Other Information:
I am studying to be a journey practitioner. You can look at the program on thejourney.com. It is the most fabulous thing I can thing of and it deals with the whole person on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level. I am excited to be doing my internship and all are welcome to experience this process for free via the phone during my internship stage. Everone I have worked with sings its praises. As I also do. So let me know if you are interested in doing a session or more than one session. No gimmicks. No commitment. And I won't feel bad if you tell me that you hated it. I need to know those things to.
