I recently graduated from Rockhurst in KC, MO! BUT now I'm a student here in STL...I recently confirmed the fact that I want to be a doctor and so I'm taking science classes in order to prepare for the MCAT.

I am very lucky and have very supportive family and friends who have really encouraged me throughout my journey. I started with SP on May 26, 2007 (I think) and I plan to continue using it even after I'm finished losing all of this extra weight I'm carrying it around!

I'm really easy going and laugh a lot. I also love talking...a if you ever need someone to chat with, feel free to message me!!!

My Goals:
By my birthday this year, I would like to be at my goal weight or close to it so that I can set a new goal weight.

By my birthday this year, I would like to be at/around 265 lbs...I MADE IT!

My Program:
At this point, I'm eating healthier, with more fruits and vegetables than sweet snacks, I've given up my diet soda completely and I've been being very careful about alcohol intake--pretty hard to do for a 23 year old!

I also work out for 45+ minutes 5-6 times per week and I strength train on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I love music...a lot. I am always singing and I love a huge range of music, from rap to classical, you can find just about everything on my Ipod. I play the guitar and piano as well (not reallllly well, but I can hold my own).

I find most of my inspiration through music and often have a song of the moment that helps get me pumped. If you want to revamp your workout tunes, let me know, I might be able to help you out...

    Summer 2010 STL Spark People Rally!!!

    OK, so how's the MO Botanical Garden on July 17 at 9 a.m. sound? We could meet at the Visitor's Center and walk around for 2 hours-there's a 'Health Fair' going on the same day, too! If you're a resident of St. Louis County or St. Louis City, admission is FREE before noon-otherwise it's $8 for adults...the place opens at 9 a.m., so it wouldn't be quite as hot then, but we could do 10 as well...lots to do/see here & plenty of walking exercise & time to get to know fellow STL 'Sparkers'
