I am going to be STUBBORN about it!

Fitness Minutes: 40,096

My Goals:
To pray without ceasing.
To be as phsycally fit and healthy as my mind feels.
To enjoy every minute with my teens that will soon be leaving the nest.
To keep up with my husband on the hunting trail!

My Program:
 Track caloric intake DAILY.
Fitness 5x week.
SP DAILY for motivation.

JESUS is always the reason for the season!


Personal Information:
I'm from the wonderful state of Idaho where we enjoy a full 4 seasons and immense outdoor adventures. I have been married for 27 awesome years.

Other Information:
 I love to read. Most recently, Karen Kingsbury and Robin Hatcher. I love to garden and write and have family time with our children and their friends.

    I was with my family...my SIL and brother, their 2 little ones and my SIL cousin who lives with them. I had my 2 and DH there...we were celebrating my SIL b-day. In years past we haven't celebrated the adult b-days, so this year we are celebrating adult b-days and hers is first on Jan 19th! Red Robin is a hard place for me to eat healthy, I chose the chicken caesar wrap, didn't eat an onion ring which was hard and ate 5 fries. I was good and it fit in my tracker rather nicely! I rushed home too but that's because both kids have History Day projects and they really needed to work on them. Must admit, football sounds like more fun!!! Blessings Sweetie! Karen
