Getting better, step by step...


My name is Bev. I'm a proud 61 year old wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, Para Educator and most important Pastors wife. I started Spark People just about a year ago. I was desperately searching for help due to some serious health issues. As of today I've lost right at 60 lbs with 20 to go. It's not been an easy journey. I struggle with life and physical issues just like all of you. But it's a journey I'll never give up on. I'm preparing this year to walk The Colorado Trail next ...
