Hi, I'm Becca. I live in England and teach English to 14-18 year olds! I love my job!

UPDATE: 19th September 2011
I am now 5lb away from my new goal of 165lb. I am hoping to reach this by Nov 12th - my 27th birthday!

I have been overweight my entire life, and I'm not sure if I will ever not be. At least I'm not sure if I will ever let myself not be - and I mean that more in my head than anything!
On June 24th 2010 my Wii Fit arrived through the post (I didn't want the humiliation of actually going to the shops to buy it!). The first time I stepped on it, I found out my true weight. This was something I'd never taken much notice of, mainly as I was brought up in a house without scales! I only left my parents' home in Dec 09 and hadn't got myself any yet - I have some now!
It told me that my weight was at 273lb - and I had already lost perhaps 7-14 before I even bought the thing! So that was TOO HIGH! At 5'11" that put my BMI at 38.24!!!

By Christmas Eve 2010 I was down to about 217lb - I am hoping to reach 180ish by June 2011 and get down to my 168 goal by July/August 2011 - when I will be shopping for a wedding dress!
I am currently wearing clothes in sizes I haven't worn since I was in my early teens, but I don't think my mind has caught up with this change yet. I just can't feel or see any difference!
I'm hoping that this will come with a bit of Spark support and lots of positive thinking!!

Get under 200 pounds
Drink more water/less tea
Reach my goal weight of 165lb by my wedding (31 March 2012)
Do more exercise - Wii mainly!
Starting walking/jogging once or twice a week

My Program:
Keep calories between 1250 and 1550 daily
Wii exercise 3-4 times per week
Walking/jogging once or twice per week
Reduce cups of tea/coffee to max 2 per day.
