I am finally tired of being overweight and out of shape! I am going to be turning 50 this year and want to be fit and healthy. This is my year!

I recently found a fantastic program that will definitely help me reach my goals. It is called the AM/PM Fat Loss Discovery. A 90 day program that cuts out all sugars(except NuStevia) and high glycemic carbs. I am excited to be investing in my health through this program and can't wait to see the results. My problem as with most people is that my insulin levels or blood glucose levels are at levels that are basically slowly killing me. My last blood test showed them sky high and that I was in the midst of being a Type II Diabetic if I didn't change my lifestyle immediately! This was a wake up call for me and I am wholeheartedly throwing myself into eating healthier and being more efficient with my exercise. I will be able to burn fat day and night, increase my energy, and gain lean muscle through following the 10 Habits that cure obesity through this fantastic regime!

I am excited to see the more fit, lean and healthy me at the end of this program!(although, I'll have to go through it twice to achieve my goal) No more fears of diabetes and it's health related effects. I am looking forward to remaining vibrantly healthy as I begin my fabulous 50s and beyond!

My Goals:
Follow the 10 Habits that cure obesity in order to no longer be in the danger zone of risk for life threatening, debilitating health problems like heart attacks, diabetes, and cancer.

*Goal weight for now: 150 lbs.

SW: 240 lbs.



My Program:
*Drink more water
*Get at least 7 hrs. of sleep
*Eat more healthy fats
*No sugar!!!!
*Exercise more efficiently
*Take nutritional supplements
*Eat organic salad every other day
*Get more sunshine



Personal Information:
I am from Oklahoma living near OKC. I am a teacher/coach who is getting ready to start a new job! In the meantime, I am trying to get fit and healthy and look forward to meeting all the fantastic people on this site.


Other Information:
I love photography, in fact, the sunflower I am using as my background is a picture I took.
