    Hi there - It sounds like you are doing all the right things physically. I have a friend in the military who's an avid exerciser (?) - and he says you need to change up your routine when you hit a plateau. When your body gets used to certain things, it gets happy with it. Maybe changing the exercises, intensity or times will do it.

    Also, have you changed your diet? When my hubby and I did a low-carb diet (from Curves) - I lost 15 lbs and he lost 40 lbs! And he wasn't exercising! That was over a 6 week period. I haven't totally changed my diet (this time around!) yet, just working into it with baby steps, for instance, cutting out ice cream every night and Starbucks caramel macchiatos every day! I haven't given it up altogether, but once a week is better than once a day!

    p.s. When you graduate from the academy, always treat your dispatcher with respect! And they'll take care of you!
