I started at 270 lbs in November of 2008. I was suffering from sharp, chronic back pain caused by being overweight, and decided things really needed to change! I've been steadily losing weight ever since!

I hope to reach my goal weight of 140 lbs. I make a little goal to lose 5 lbs each month.
