Introduction Text Every new year started with "lose weight this year". Sometimes I did and sometimes I didn't but I always ended up weighing more each year. I am a 70 year old retired hospital technician, mom, wife (2nd time around),grandma,great grandma, stepmother and all around good "ole" gal. I joined Curves last year so I could get off my butt and get some exercise and hopefull quit hurting so much. It pretty much worked. Except I did not start losing weight till a few months ago when our Curves leader took me and my best friend aside and said let's try the six week program to get on the right track. Well, lo and behold, it is working. I found your Spark page recommended on the Curves internet page. What a treasure you all are! I am so inspired and so tickeled with every part I've seen so far. I do so look forward to talking to some of you and reading about others. Thank you so much! Birdie

My goal is to get and stay below 200. When I get to that I'll think about going below that number. For right now that sounds wonderful!!

Go to Curves 5 days a week. Counting calories , walking 3 dogs, not obcessing over occasionally eating something I love and working really hard to regain good health for the rest of my life.
