Introduction Text My Name is Richard and I live in a small town in south Georgia and my weight is 815 pounds. I am a Christian and believe with all my heart that this is the start of my healing journey. I welcome all the prayers and support I can get and I am also here to offer support.

My goal is to regain my health and lose this this weight that is holding me prisoner and threatening to take my life from me. My long term goal is to weigh 300 pounds in three years from now. That means 500 pounds must go in 156 weeks which means around 3 and half pounds a week. Hey that is doable. So Go Ricky GIT-R-DONE

I am using food for fuel and trying to eat it as close to how God made it as possible. I am finding ways to deal with my emotions and stuff of the past and a rotten childhood instead of trying to bury it with food.

My Name is Richard, but they call me bigrick I don't know why lol I live in the heart of South West Georgia in a small town that doesn't even have a red light.
