On Track - My health and My body back


I am a work in progress - a mom who works with my husband every single day at our business. A daughter, sister, friend and volunteer, and of course, wife, who is striving to put a little ME back in my life.     Sounds like you have a nice vacation planned. Will you be in Gulf Shores, AL? I live in Florida, about an hour East of that area

    I live in the Ft Walton Beach & Destin Area. Depending on the age of your kids, there are a few things you can do....I can also recommend some great restaurants.

    On Okaloosa Island in Ft Walton beach, there is the Gulfarium....a mini aquarium that's pretty neat. The Gulf Islands National Seashore between Pensacola and Navarre, FL is absolutely beautiful....that's where we took our family photos. You can easily spend every day there and enjoy it. Ft Pickens is also a nice historic site to to visit in Pensacola as is the National Naval Aviation Museum there.

    You absolutely must eat at Mc Guire's Irish Pub in either Pensacola or Destin. If you make it over to Ft Walton Beach, you have to eat at The Magnolia Grill. If you make it over to Pensacola beach, you have to have a slice of key Lime Pie at a place called Flounders Chowder House....it is to die for!

    Thanks for commenting on my page. I understand your job more than you know. Owning your own business is a stressor in itself and you work with your husband!? Everyday is a stress as things happen and quickly. Trouble is, when things are slow, we think we are going to go out of business but they always pick up again. I added you as a friend.
