Hi, I am Robin. I am trying to lose the 80 lbs. I put on last year with the onset of menapause.
Also, I have a few physical attributes that will affect my exercising:
arthitis, fibromyalgia, and recent neck surgery on C4& C5 discs
I work from Sept to June with Autistic students at Sexton HS in Lansing, MI...It is a true calling to me

My Goals:
I'd like to look good in a swimsuit by June. Being able to breathe easier and have more energy wouldn't be bad either.

My Program:
 I do strength, and cardio at the moment because I can burn calories & help my circulatory system.
My Saturday AM's are when I work the hardest...at the Y


Personal Information:
I'm married with 2 fantastic teenagers. I'm from Michigan. Life has been overwhelming since 2007 when my husband & I were almost murdered in our front yard, by our next door neighbor.
I'm now back in the living.

Other Information:
 Love to read, knit, chat, and now: exercise.
