Work, continuous work and hard work, is the only way to accomplish results that last.” ~Hamilton Holt I must read this quote every single day because it is the only way I will reach my goal. At this point, I could care less about getting skinny. I need to be HEALTHY. If I continue down this path, I will have a very short life, and I'm not willing to let food determine my length of happiness with my family!! I have three beautiful kids that need me in their life, and that is a HUGE part of why I want this change. I was ALWAYS the fat girl at school, from the very first grade too. I have never known what it's like to be the skinny girl, or even the hot girl. I'm actually not even searching for that look. I just want to be confident Brigitte. I want to dress up and not tug at my darn clothes all day. I want to walk into a store and pick out what I WANT, not what FITS!! I want to play sports with my children! I know I will get there. I don't want to live this life anymore. My outsides are not reflecting the personality that I have. I'm a vibrant, energetic, outgoing and interesting woman. I am going to work very hard because no one ever earned anything from sitting on their butt. No more excuses, I have the time to workout and prepare healthy meals and iI am going to do it!!!

20-30 minute workouts 4-5 times a week. Fast food only about once a month, along with tons of fresh produce. I still eat potatoes and bad starches, but limited to 2-3 meals per week. Also trying to buy more natural.
