 One day at a time. Keep it simple by doing what's recommended for a heart healthy plan.




Personal Information:
I am 71 and been married to the same wonderful guy for 50 years. Mom to a great adult daughter and "mom" to one cute little Shih Tzu. I love reading; I love libraries, and love to work with fabric making quilts.

Several health scares serve as reminders to me how precious each day is. And for each new day I give thanks.
